Born in the UK and based in Vietnam, we work with clients globally across branding, packaging, fashion shoot, and visual content.

For branding and packaging projects, you will work directly with Tuyen Lam, Head of Design, who brings over 10 years of experience in creative and commercial design.
For photography projects, you will work directly with Shubham Gondurkar, Head of Photography, specializing in fashion, editorial, campaign, and product photography.
Our studio leads remain directly involved throughout each project, ensuring clear communication and consistent creative direction.

Yes. neo creative studio is a registered company in Vietnam, and we can provide a VAT tax invoice for eligible services.
If you require a VAT tax invoice, please let us know before making the deposit so we can arrange the necessary information and documentation for your project.

Yes. We remain available after delivery to help you understand and use your final files, answer questions, and provide guidance when working with printers or other production partners.

Once the final payment has been completed, we will prepare and deliver your agreed final files in the appropriate formats.
For design projects, this may include working files, print-ready artwork, and digital assets depending on the agreed scope.
Upon full payment, you receive the agreed commercial usage rights for the final approved work, subject to the terms of your project agreement.

Yes. We works with clients globally, we regularly collaborate remotely with clients across different time zones and can manage the creative process digitally from briefing through final delivery.

Our pricing depends on the scope, complexity, deliverables, timeline, and production requirements of each project.
We provide a clear quotation before the project begins so you understand what is included.

Every project is different. The timeline depends on the scope and number of deliverables.
As a general guide, smaller design projects may take a week to 10 days, while complete branding, packaging, or photography campaigns may require several weeks or longer.
We will confirm the estimated timeline in your quotation before starting.

We may be able to accommodate urgent projects depending on our current schedule.
If you have a tight deadline, please mention it in your initial enquiry. We will let you know what is realistically possible and whether an expedited production fee applies.

We believe in collaborative development rather than limiting creativity to a fixed number of small changes.
The agreed project scope includes a defined revision stage, and we work with you to refine the selected direction until it is approved.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee, which we will always discuss with you beforehand.

We can manage the creative direction and photography process based on your requirements.
Depending on the project, this may include planning the visual concept, location, studio, models, styling, props, lighting, production, photography, and post-production.
We will discuss the production requirements with you before providing a quotation.

Production support can be arranged depending on the project.
If your shoot requires models, makeup artists, hair stylists, fashion stylists, locations, props, or other crew, we can discuss the requirements and include the necessary production costs in your quotation.

Yes. Product and fashion projects can be planned around physical items supplied by the client.
We will provide delivery instructions and discuss the handling, preparation, and return of your products before the shoot.

Final photographs are delivered digitally in the agreed formats and specifications.
The number of final images, retouching requirements, resolution, and delivery format will be confirmed in your quotation.

Once the project has been fully paid for, you receive the agreed commercial usage rights for the final approved work, as outlined in your project agreement.
Copyright, licensing, and usage terms may vary depending on the type of project, so these will always be clearly defined before we begin.

We love sharing the work we create, but we respect client confidentiality.
Unless otherwise agreed, we may feature completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, awards, or other promotional materials. If your project is confidential or subject to a launch date, please let us know and we will respect the agreed restrictions.

Your usage rights depend on the scope and terms agreed for your project.
Commercial usage for the agreed applications is included where specified. If you later need to use the work for additional applications, markets, or purposes outside the original agreement, please contact us so we can review the usage requirements.

We understand that projects can evolve. If your requirements change significantly after the project begins, we will review the impact on the scope, timeline, and cost with you before proceeding.
Small adjustments within the agreed scope can usually be handled as part of the normal revision process.

Yes. For projects that require further discussion, we are happy to arrange an initial consultation to understand your needs, answer questions, and determine whether neo is the right creative partner for your project.

Yes. We offer special benefits for returning clients and client referrals:
Returning clients: 15% off for projects valued over US$1,500.
Client referrals: 10% off for new clients referred by an existing neo’s client, for projects valued over US$2,000.
Discounts apply to eligible projects and cannot be combined with other offers. Please mention your previous project or referral when making your enquiry so we can apply the appropriate rate.

The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel or discontinue the project after work has commenced.
The deposit secures our availability and covers the time, planning, creative development, and resources already committed to your project by our designers, photographers, and production team.
If you decide to stop the project for personal or business reasons, the deposit will therefore be retained to cover the work and resources already committed.
If a project needs to be cancelled due to circumstances on neo's side, we will discuss the appropriate resolution with you directly.
